- Please put unworn merchandise with tags attached in the mail to us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will issue you a store credit under your email address used for your purchase. Please be sure to create an account on our website with email if you haven’t already to be able to redeem the credit on a future purchase.
- The next time you log in to your Textured Threads account to make a purchase, your credit will reflect as a “discount” in your cart to deduct the credit from your purchase. Don’t worry If your purchase is less than your credit, it will roll over for the next time!
- Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- All discounted items are a FINAL SALE
- Any returns received back to Textured Threads that are past the return window or are not eligible for return will be held and returned to customer at their expense.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
