Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase!  We hope you love your items but no worries if it wasn’t a perfect match!  Here’s how to return:

Return Policy

  • Please mail back unworn merchandise with tags attached within 7 days of receipt.

  • Refunds: We will issue a full refund for all returns received within 7 days, as long as the items are unworn and in their original packaging.

  • Store Credit: Returns received between 8 and 10 days after receipt are eligible for store credit, issued under the email address used for your original purchase.

  • To redeem store credit, please be sure to create an account on our website with email if you haven’t already to be able to redeem the credit on a future purchase.
  • The next time you log in to your Textured Threads account to make a purchase, your credit will reflect as a “discount” in your cart to deduct the credit from your purchase. Don’t worry If your purchase is less than your credit, it will roll over for the next time!

    • What is your return window?
      We’re happy to accept returns of unworn items with tags attached within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
      Returns received between 8–10 days will be eligible for store credit.

    • Are sale items returnable?
      We love a good deal too—but please note that all discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • What happens if I miss the return window or send something ineligible?
      We totally understand—life gets busy! That said, items returned outside of our return window or not meeting our guidelines can’t be accepted. In those cases, we’ll kindly return the items to you, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

    • Are shipping fees refundable?
      We’re unable to refund shipping charges, as these are paid directly to our carriers.
